If you smell gas, leave the building first, then call 911 from outside.
Utilities
Water, trash and heat are included in your rent. You pay your own electricity through Xcel Energy. Set up service in your name before move-in at xcelenergy.com.
Moving out
Check your lease for the required notice period, then let us know in writing before your lease ends.
Security deposits are returned as required by Colorado law.
Pets
All pets need approval through our pet screening. Pet fee is $35 a month plus a $300 pet deposit.
