Renting with us
Which apartments are available right now?
See every open unit, with rent, size and photos, on our Available Units page. We update it as units open up.
When can I move in?
Move-in dates vary by unit. Contact us or book a showing and we’ll confirm availability.
Can I see the apartment first?
Yes. Contact us and choose “Scheduling a Tour.” Showings are by appointment.
How do I apply?
Choose a unit on our Available Units page and click Apply. You’ll apply online through RentCafe, and the application fee is shown before you pay.
You can give us a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that’s no more than 30 days old instead. If you do, there’s no application fee.
What is the deposit?
Security deposits vary by unit. You’ll see the exact amount on the application before you submit.
Pets
Do you allow pets?
Small pets are welcome with approval.
- Cats and dogs: Bermuda, Virginia Mae, Viscount, Witt Penn
- Cats only: Dahlia, Graham House & Hale House
Pet fee is $35 a month plus a $300 pet deposit. All pets need approval through our pet screening before move-in.
Your apartment
What utilities are included?
Water, trash and heat are included in rent, worth about $200 a month. You pay your own electricity through Xcel Energy.
Is there parking?
- Dahlia: garage parking
- Graham House & Hale House: covered parking
- Virginia Mae: underground and surface parking
- Viscount and Witt Penn: onsite parking
Is there laundry?
Every building has onsite coin or card laundry. The Dahlia fourplex includes free laundry.
Is there air conditioning?
Virginia Mae has air-conditioned units. Bermuda, Graham House & Hale House, Viscount and Witt Penn have swamp coolers.
Is WiFi included?
WiFi is included at Bermuda, Graham House & Hale House, Virginia Mae, Viscount and Witt Penn.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All of our buildings are non-smoking.
Is there a manager on site?
Yes. Every building has an onsite manager.
